PCA Cement Wagon

Based on the PCA Wagons that are used on the Hope Cement Works Branch and around the Peak District and Sheffield areas. The wagons are currently in Prototype stage (See pictures below) and require a few modifications before they are ready to be sold. I plan to add decals to the final models too. The model when ready will be released in both ready to run and kit forms.
